In our fast-paced world cluttered with emails, work, and the constant chase of living life, it's easy to find oneself caught in a whirlwind of daily tasks, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. However, amidst the chaos, there is a beacon of hope and a strategy toward finding balance and fulfillment. This approach does not involve a magic button but rather a simple formula for intentionally living life, embracing a framework of planning and action to cut through the noise and cultivate a sense of peace and purpose.
Several years ago, the creation of a course titled "the seven steps to success" marked the beginning of a journey towards understanding the essential steps of achieving success. This personal endeavor, filled with its trials and errors, underscored the importance of perseverance and the value of a learning process aimed at self-improvement and intentional living. It demonstrates that success and fulfillment stem from an ongoing commitment to growth and the diligent pursuit of one's goals.
To embark on a path of intentional living and stress minimization, one must start by making a list of tasks for the week, followed by a daily plan of action toward accomplishing these tasks. Each day, as tasks are completed and crossed off the list, it becomes a tangible measure of progress and a testament to the power of having a plan and taking action. This simple yet effective formula underscores the principle that a life lived with intention, purpose, and daily commitment to one's goals can lead to a fulfilling and balanced existence.
We often find ourselves caught in the daily grind, overwhelmed by tasks such as emails and work, searching for a way to live life more intentionally. The truth is, while there is no magic formula for a perfect life, there is hope and a strategy for living life with purpose. It all starts with understanding that a vision must be paired with action; merely daydreaming about what we want will not bring it into existence.
Creating a structured approach to achieving success can significantly impact our journey toward a fulfilling life. One approach is to make a weekly list of tasks and then plan daily actions to accomplish these tasks. This method not only helps keep our goals in focus but also provides the satisfaction of crossing off completed tasks, offering tangible evidence of our progress.
Ultimately, living a fulfilling life is about intentionality and finding peace and joy in our daily pursuits. By setting clear goals, making a plan, and taking consistent action towards these goals, we can minimize stress and live with a clear sense of purpose. This journey begins with the recognition that every action we take is a step towards achieving the vision we have for our lives.

In this blog post, we explore the concept of fear and how it affects our lives. Did you know that we are born with only two innate fears, falling and loud noises? The rest of our fears are acquired through experiences and social learning. Some of the greatest human fears include failure, rejection, change, public speaking, not being good enough, vulnerability, and time. Fear has the power to hold us back from living the life we deserve, but it's time to let go of fear and conquer it. As President Franklin Roosevelt famously said, "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." So, let's kick fear to the curb and start living our lives to the fullest.

My childhood dream was to be a teacher. I thought I would be a teacher because that’s what I wanted. I did not know what it would take to become a teacher. I did not realize that I needed to go to college and to pass a state exam to teach. I surely never made a plan on how long it would take to become a teacher, nor did I know a teacher’s salary. What did you want to be when you grew up? Did you have a plan? Did you know the salary of the profession that you were interested in?
Think back to five years ago, did you have any plans of where you would be at this point in your life? Have you achieved your plan? If so, congratulations! If not, what happened? Life? Did something come up that you did not expect?
According to the Reliable Plant, only 20% of people set goals for themselves and of that only 30% of them will succeed. Setting goals, you are 10 times likely to succeed. Per goalscallling.com 14% set goals, 80% do not set goals and 6% achieve their goals.
The first step is to determine what you want, why you want it, with a target date, and then write it down. Less than 3% of Americans write down their goals. According to Brian Tracy, less than 1% review and work on their goals daily. Dr. Gail Matthews conducted a study that showed you are 42% more likely to reach goals that are written down and 61% of the goals written down were achieved.
What IF you decided to live differently? What IF you wrote down a goal and achieved it? How would life be different?
Close your eyes for a moment and think about your life and what you would like it to be like? Do you know what it will take for your life to be different? What IF you wrote down what you wanted your life to be like and What IF you took daily action towards the goal?
What IF you do write it down and take daily action toward the change and you achieve what you wrote down?
IF nothing changes, nothing changes. IF you keep doing what you are doing, you are going to keep getting what you are getting.
What IF?
